DAW PLUS UpTime is a subscription-based quality assurance where we will keep your system up-to-date without any downtime, risk or unsure investment on your side. You give the specifications of your workstation configuration and we will test it for you.

Additionally, we keep on testing that configuration for 1 year with all the updates and upgrades that are available for its components. This way you are always up-to-date, with absolutely minimized risk of wrong investment, an incompatible update or downtime due to a bad patch or damaged roll-back. Let us do the dirty job and you keep on producing.

Our UpTime service contains:

A personalized account with complete database including the exact software, hardware and peripheral components tested. This will be updated according to your confirmed updates tested by us in advance.
Personalized mailings with test results of components used in your specified configuration. You will only receive information about products you use or wish to use in a set timeframe.
The option to let us test specific functions which are essential for your workflow.
Compatibility support by email, telephone and chat.
Special documentation concerning installation instructions and updates which are essential for your system.
A list with all known issues from all products. Key issues are listed separately.
